Software Test Management in the automotive field
Planning test activities and resources
Define project tailoring
Create/Setup Test orders (test packages) for responsible testers
Time estimation (document) for each release candidate
Agreement on release date
Installation/Maintenance of JIRA Dashboard for each assigned project
Pre-analysis / Review of tester analysis/reports
Coordination of evaluation and CCB (Change and Control Board)
Documentation test project status report
Change and Problem Management
Personal involvement in continuous improvement of the test process
Recommendation for the release
Minimum 5 years’ experience in embedded software testing / development, reviews and requirements execution
ISTQB Advanced Level Certificate or similar
Software requirements know-how
Detailed knowledge of test techniques
Detailed SW Development process knowledge
ISO26262, ISO15504 and IEEE829 knowledge
Test estimation experience
Error management experience
Test improvement knowledge
Soft skills: great communication, team player, result oriented, task prioritization, time management, knowledge sharing, proactive, critical thinking, ability to work under pressure, leadership, ability to negotiate
Excellent skills of English (German – advantage)
