Experience: At least 5 years in software development, with a proven track record.
Technical Mastery: Advanced knowledge of C#, JavaScript, AngularJS, Entity Framework, OData, HTML5, CSS3. Plus, a good grasp of Java, ASP.NET, PostgreSQL, Atlassian JIRA, SVN.
Process Proficiency: Solid understanding of AGILE – SCRUM, Test-Driven Development, and web application architecture best practices.
Documentation Skills: Experience in crafting clear application documentation and work procedures.
Soft Skills: A team-oriented mindset, quality and result-driven, meticulous, excellent time management, keen perception, critical thinking, and strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
Language Skills: Fluent in English, with German being a valuable asset.
